The interactive training game - Cinemark's Team of Stars involved the implementation of gamification techniques. The main objective was to improve training procedures through a friendly competition. Different workgroups were evaluated based on defined goals, and the winning workgroup earned points every day. These points were accumulated throughout the month, ultimately determining the winning workgroup for that month.
