Email flow - customer communication lifecycle
Vivo Telecommunication partnership with Dotz - We designed and developed a customer-centric website for Vivo, in collaboration with the Dotz loyalty program. Through in-depth analysis of performance metrics and customer surveys, we were able to increase the number of customers participating in the company's program. The user interface and user experience (UI/UX) of the website were carefully crafted to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
Contemplato, a consortium company. As a selfemployeer designer, I had the opportunity to redesign the brand and visual identity of their digital products. This included redesigning homepages, designing new landing pages, and creating a comprehensive user interface of design system. Ensuring a cohesive and consistent identity across the company's product line.
Portal Live Marketing Magazine - In this specific project, my responsibility involved the redesign of the portal, with a focus on optimizing its visual design through the implementation of modular blocks. This approach allowed for seamless adaptability and ensured an improved user experience across multiple mobile devices.
Okära booking hotels platform - This remarkable project, started in 2014, generated immense expectations, not only in terms of design, but also as a Brazilian alternative to major platforms like booking.com and Airbnb. Starting from scratch, I had the privilege of creating everything from the brand identity to the portal design, making it a truly comprehensive venture.
